Advanced Project Management

Overview

Advanced Project Management is a powerful template. It helps you not only do basic project manage but also record your work history. It allows you to review each project process and record work hours.

The advanced project management template is mainly divided into six major blocks.

Contain

1. To Do List
   • Record only ad-hoc tasks, simple tasks, those with short deadlines, and tasks that are necessary but may not be very important.
   • After completion, check off the task, and it will disappear. The completion time will be recorded.
   • The record will not disappear; it can still be found in the overview.

     

2. Project
   • The two main perspectives are kanban and Gantt chart.
   • There will be project name, total work hours, and project completion rate.
   • Simply categorized into "Highly Qualified" and "Highly Effective", with the option to customize if desired.
   • If you want to display on the Gantt chart, you must fill in the "Start Date" and "End Date” in property.
   • After completion, it will disappear when checked.

     

     

3. Work Log
   • The most powerful section in this template.
   • The work log is linked to the project, allowing you to trace past meetings and tasks within the project. It also automatically calculates the time spent on the project.
   • The work log is now conveniently accessible within the project, making it easier to find in the future.

     

4. Important Date
   • Record important event dates.
5. Topics to be discussed
   • Quickly jot down topics that still need discussion.
6. Knowledge Base
   • Include project-related knowledge and link it to project or work log for easy reference when reviewing.
